Today we used our problem to learn how to split numbers.
In math we learnt how to split numbers like half of 10 is 5 and half of 12 is 6 or 5+ 5 = 10, and 6+6 =12. I can split 17 into 10 and 7. This helps us by olivia s.
In math class I leaned how to split numbers.Then I went back to class and I used That that to help me with my math work sheet and I got it all tight except one when I checked on my calculator. Splitting numbers using Place value helps me.
In maths I learnt that the biggest foot is 40 cm and my foot was 17 cm. The difference is 17 + ? = 40. I used a numberline to work this out. by tayla
