I liked estimation because it was quite fun when you see the clues, at first i thought the answer was 38 but it was actually 58. I think the clues made it quite obvious. But I still couldn't figure it out! I tried to pretend I had super powers that I could just see through the coloured things to the other side. But i knew I couldn't so I just imagined it. Estimation is quite fun in maths.
I learnt that estimation is that you have to guess how much it is or something like that and on one of the clues when the numbers are in the 1's column or a row which is across instead of up or down. And you just add 1 because its like counting at the start but adding 1 to the numbers.
I learnt that digits are numbers like: 9 a one digit number,or 43 a two digit number.on our second estimation I noticed that the tens change and the ones stay the same.
I learnt what an estimation is. Estimation is a really good guess. Always remember to do your best. I learn what a digit is. One digit number is 5 and a two digit number is 21. By Hannah
